My son was STOLEN by the State of Indiana, DCS.  He, too was wrongly removed without a warrant or emergency circumstances, AND HE HAS NEVER BEEN RETURNED, in spite of the fact that the state NEVER proved it's "Case" against me, which became MOOT in 2007, because the initial petition cited "Homelessness' as one of the reasons for his taking!!!  i had obtained a HOME AND A JOB, and done everything i was supposed to do, but the CASA was best friends with the Foster mother, and SHE had my parental rights terminated, even though there was NO proof of abuse, neglect, or EVEN A HEARING to determine my parental fitness, so the "Order" is a bogus as a snot rag, but that doesn't keep them from TOTALLY shutting me OUT of the life of my son, WITHOUT ANY LEGITIMATE REASON, and to ENSURE that their "ORder" gets verified by leaving me WITHOUT MY CHILD!!

They INTENTIONALLY AND DELIBERATELY WITHHELD A PLETHORA of services FROM ME, while my son continued to receive everything he needed, but was having numerous problems, since they were INTENTIONALLY  alienating him from his mother, because they KNEW he was NOT going to be RIGHTFULLY re-united with his FIT and LOVING mother, because they wanted their adoption incentive bonuses, ans Sherri Dungan was NOT going to stand in their way!!

I need help getting my Parental rights RIGHTFULLY re-instated, and assistance in suing the you-know-what out of Johnson Co. DCS for their NUMEROUS CIVIL AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS in this case!! Please help me get my son HOME, to his mother, where he BELONGS!!  i did not wait almost 40 years to have my only child so that he could be BOUGHT AND SOLD!!  This is a human being, and he LOVES his mother, and DCS KNOWS that i have NEVER done anything wrong, and instead of assisting me, and keeping my family together, THEY DESTROYED IT, AND HAVE CAUSED GREAT HARM TO MY SON IN THE PROCESS!!!

PLEASE HELP ME!!! I NEED JUSTICE!!!

I have a new job at Dairy Queen, and i am working part-time right now.  i don't have the money to pay an attorney's retainer, but i have LOTS of knowledge and some assistance from some friends who know the law! i want to proceed in Federal civil court, as well, but most importantly, MY SON NEEDS HIS MOTHER!!! --see the picture???
